EY's PAS Reward team is Oceania's largest specialist executive, board and employee reward advisory practice with over 70 professional staff across Australia and New Zealand. The breadth of our team means greater market exposure, EY having recently worked with two thirds of the ASX 100 and three quarters of the ASX 50 on Reward engagements.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Tax specialist in the area of employee share schemes and equity incentive plans to join our growing Reward team in Sydney or Melbourne. If you are a senior consultant or manager in this space, we would love to hear from you.
As part of our Reward team, you will help provide advice on the remuneration, tax, and accounting advice on equity incentive plans and broader remuneration issues for a wide range of Australian and overseas businesses.

- Have the opportunity to broaden your interest in remuneration-related market practice, governance and transaction projects;
- Manage multiple projects and relationships with key stakeholders (both external and internal);
- Manage client relationships and interact with senior management of a diverse range of clients;
- Coach and mentor junior staff.
About you
We're looking for people with the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting or Finance;
- Previous consulting experience in Tax related to share schemes and equity plans;
- Excellent project and people management capability;
- Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
