Innovation and Process Improvement Senior Manager
Are you able to drive business change and execute a wide variety of strategic and transformative projects? Using your business transformation experience, and understanding of process improvement methodologies, you will have the opportunity to influence, and work with, senior stakeholders across Macquarie to drive the business forward.
We are looking for an outcome focussed, innovative minded and experienced professional to join our high performing team in Macquarie's Financial Management Group (FMG). Someone who, not only has excellent verbal and written communication skills, but also a strategic thinker who can bring new ideas to the table to deliver operational efficiency and productivity. Who can leverage data and new technology in conjunction with process improvement methodologies to deliver results.
To achieve our goals, we are looking for someone who can identify improvement opportunities, drive delivery of change initiatives, coach and mentor teams and leaders on operational excellence tools and establish continuous improvement behaviours in line with our strategy. A proven record of performance and trusted professional credibility is essential.
You will ideally possess significant hands-on practical improvement and transformation experience as a consultant or working within Financial Services. Experience with Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, Agile or human centred design would be extremely valued.
