FP&A Manager- Global TP500 FMCG1This is a Manager level position in group level in a global top leading company, lead team directly report to CFO.Client DetailsMy client is a spectacular FMCG branding with over decade years remarkable history.It owns thousands employees and hundreds offices globalised. Business growing sharply within recent years, China has been one of their fast developed markets with primary focus. DescriptionFinancial Analysis Management 1) Work closely with Online Digital/Marketing on financial plan in accordance with corporate strategy2) Provide business case as decision-making reference before launching new program/project, Buildup and own properly structured model to verify new product/partner to be introduced into the platform 3) Prepare financial modelling to support annual budget and relevant presentations for senior management level approval;
system in place to ensure plans / budget monitored within various business entities level on regular basis.4) Regularly furnish key financial analysis report to help BU and stakeholders understand the business result Innovation and Improvement 1) Continually improve financial analysis process and report to meet up with the business requirement 2) Collaborate with Business to improve performance from financial perspective 3) Coordinate necessary resources as single contact point of finance team, including treasury preparation, tax planning, etc. 4) Identify business critical factors and respond to risks underlined Profile-Bachelor or above degree in accounting or finance related;
-Above 5years solid full P&L FP&A or BP experience is required, tracking record in FMCG or fast growing internet industry is a preference;
-Cooperate with business as business partner, actively provide solution-Fluent English with both oral and written;
-Ability to meet tight deadlines in team environment and address with stress;
-Strong analytically and problem-solving skills;
