Co-pilot the Marketing team in new product and promotion development, manager the annual OP/Replan and rolling forecasts by brand, provide the actual performance review. Client DetailsOur client is a market leader in the FMCG industry.Due to unprecedented growth and as part of the efforts to further strengthen their market position,the company is seeking a passionate and seasoned FP&A to join them.DescriptionPrepare the periodic financial analysis to senior leaders Finance/Marketing.Present and interpret financial data for operations management.Develop reports and queries from the financial data for analysis work, tracking, and reporting the analysis to Senior Finance leaders and Marketing managersMonitor the marketing expenses accuracy in system. Assist other users in accountingCo-pilot the Marketing team in New Product Development. Assis the team to facilitate the procedure, ensure the fulfill the financial requirement and prepare the Mid-Long development planCo-pilot the Trade Marketing team in promotion developmentAdvertising budget management included planning and periodical reportLead the post launch review, analyze operating and financial results to identify he mitigation/contingency planComplete any other ad-hot projects which support overall ObjectivesProvide accurate and timely profitability analysis of the products by Brand ProfileGood learning agility, business acumen and ability to provide insight with data and perspective to business.Good- inter-personal, communication skills, and good at EnglishGood process/time/project management skillsTeam player, yet able to stand aloneKnowledgeable in SAP system and good command of Excel/PowerPoint functionalityBachelor's degree accounting/Finance or business;
