The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Manager / Director within the Portfolio and Program Management team in our Sydney office. This role is offered on a flexible full-time basis.
Your key responsibilities
- Be involved in complex capital or business transformation programs spanning the entire lifecycle - from concept, feasibility and financing, through planning statutory process & design, into procurement, construction, commissioning & operational readiness
- Help develop our practice and lead business development activities on strategic priority accounts
- Lead delivery teams on complex programs and mentor, coach and develop staff to drive a collaborative culture and operational efficiency
- Build relationship networks within the firm and work collaboratively across Advisory and other service lines
- Actively contribute to PPM practice management activities and lead thought leadership initiatives
- Senior level consulting experience in a "Big 4" or boutique environment
- Hands on experience on major capital projects/business change programs as client/owner or part of contractor teams
- 10 years+ experience in sales and delivery of complex reform projects and programs
- Sound analytical and problem-solving ability
- Broad experience within the capital projects market and a sound understanding of the Brisbane infrastructure landscape
- Developed a good market network
