- Prepare a daily statement with the cash Treasury balance
- Preparation of a daily statement of cheques issued to others in the Treasury.
- Prepare a daily statement of cheques received from others in the Treasury.
- Conduct a weekly check-up of the safe and prepare a report.
- Keep a record of the contents of the safe.
Receipt of all deliveries and disbursement of cash and daily expenses.
- Responsible for cash deposits with banks.
- Responsible for the daily Treasury movement from incoming and outgoing.
- Doing the periodic reports of the Treasury movement and the reconciliation of the Treasury balance in the balance of the review.
