The Jamaica Central Securities Depository & JCSD Trustee Services Ltd. seek to identify highly a motivated professional to fill the position of SUPERVISOR - TRUSTEE SERVICES DEPARTMENT. Reporting to the Manager JCSD Trustee Services, the incumbent, who would have attained a First Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent would have had a minimum of three (3) years trust administrative experience or legal experience in Probate Trust Administration or Estate Planning. Responsibilities for the Supervisor - JCSDTS include (but are not limited to): Supervising the JCSDTS staff to ensure that the Department's operations and activities are efficiently executed in keeping with the standards of the Organization. Assisting in reviewing all legal documents for new notes and bonds and provide guidance to Trustee Officers on administration of these instruments. Assisting in handling all contracts, complaints and other matters relating to Unit Trusts Reconciling details reflected on transaction reports received from Fund Managers against activities reflected on the corresponding funds' bank account on a daily basis Ensuring adherence to JCSDTS Policies & Procedures relating to Unit Trusts Monitoring the register of members for various structured products managed by the Company to ensure timely update of any change in noteholders. Ensuring that all accounts are funded to facilitate interest, dividend or rental income payments Skills & Abilities Strong Planning & Organization Skills Ability to communicate effectively with beneficiaries and professional associates Strong analytical and conceptual skills Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels Ability to prioritize tasks and operate with minimum supervision Excellent Computer Skills (Spreadsheet & Word Processing) Specific Knowledge Sound knowledge of administration functions of Unit Trust Funds Sound knowledge of Securities, Trustee and Unit Trusts Acts and Regulations Sound knowledge of Stock Exchange and JCSD Rules & Regulations Functional knowledge of the duties of a Registrar Officer Sound knowledge of the operations of Capital Markets Suitably qualified candidates are invited to submit applications with detailed resume, no later than Friday May 3, 2019 .
