About The Role
Role Location: Sydney NSW
Role Type: Permanent Full-time

As a Practice Manager, you will manage a team of 10 to 12 Financial Planners who ensure the compliant and effective delivery of financial advice to ANZ customers, through effective people leadership, process governance and partnership relationship management.

The Financial Planning team provides advice to ANZ customers that are either referral clients from between 2-5 branches depending on their geographic location, or their own networks. They provide advice to clients on investment and risk products. ANZ Financial Planners are well-trained, experienced professionals, who are required to comply with the strict standards set by ASIC and Financial Planning Association.

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Proven leadership and business development skills, acquired in the wealth management sector, with a strong focus on advice
  
• Strong customer management and business development skills from the Wealth Management Sector - focus on personal insurance, Super and wealth accumulation products
  
• An accomplished change leader with a readiness to manage internal or external change requirements; proven coaching and development skills & demonstrated high-level interpersonal and influencing skills
  
• High-level analytical skills, with the ability to think laterally and the versatility to work in an environment of change
  
• RG 146 compliant for providing personal advice and relevant degree (or higher)
  
• Up to date CPD record
