JUNIOR FINANCE OFFICER (Receivables & Collections) The Junior Finance Officer - Revenue and Collections is a key member of the Finance team with expertise in processing accounting transactions, preparing financial reports and analyses. The incumbent supports the Finance Supervisor and also responsible for the accuracy and completeness of sales and related reports for the Mobile Gaming product. KEY FUNCTIONS: Assist with the implementation and maintenance of controls for the revenue and collections process Assist in the creation of the E-Credits and administer documentation for submission to Alliance Assist in the review of the Agent accounts and monitor E-Credit inventory Assist in the request for top up of Master Retailer account for E-Credits (mobile gaming) Assist in the review of Gamer Liability accounts Assist with the calculation of commissions for mobile gaming segment Assist with the preparation of commission deduction journal entries Assist with entering receipts for bank statements, paymaster and receipt book Assist in coordinating commission statements for dispatch to selected agents Assist in the preparation of the Mobile Gaming sales analysis Assist in the preparation of adhoc invoices and enter in the GL for posting Assist with the preparation of bank reconciliations Assist with the preparation of weekly requisitions for obligations and other charges Assist with the calculation of the agents' balances on a weekly basis Assist in the maintenance of aged receivables file for Mobile Gaming Ensure the timely posting of Agent deposits and relevant cash in and cash out entries Assist with the agent collection call out procedures Assist with the preparation of the weekly reports for revenue and collections Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analyses, as required KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED: B.Sc. Accounting/Finance from recognized tertiary institution Currently pursuing professional accounting certification, e.g. CA, CPA At least one (1) year experience in a related area within Finance field Strong oral and written communication skills Experience using ACCPAC system, an advantage High level of numeracy Excellent communication skills including oral, written and presentational Kindly submit your applications by April 23, 2019 , and note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
