Description
As the Head of Shared Services you will be responsible for 40+ employees. Elements of the role will consist of:
- Lead the collective teams full on boarding and off boarding process.
Lead on all process improvements and streamlining of processes within the department to ensure improved effectiveness.
- Lead and support the managers of the teams to ensure delivery of all services within agreed budgets and to agreed targets that have been set.
Support all managers in the identification, reporting and management of risk and non compliance and action these when required.
Profile
Previous experience of managing a large transactional team is essential to be considered for this role. Evidence of process improvements and hands on management is essential.
