As a member of the internal audit team, and reporting directly to the Internal Audit Director, you will be responsible for delivering risk based internal audit work to a range of clients predominantly in the public sector, in particular Central Government including arms length bodies .
Clients include:
Central government departments and arms length bodies
Education: universities, colleges, and schools
Charities
Profile
Ideally qualified with a recognised accounting or Internal Audit qualification
Experience of delivering internal audits in professional practice or in-house team within central government departments and/or arms length bodies preferred, but not essential
Have a sound technical understanding of technical issues surrounding the public sector
Job Offer
Salary up to £60,000, plus benefits.
