ACCOUNTANT QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related equivalent. Minimum five (5) years experience. Strong accounts payable background Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment Must be a flexible, self-motivated team leader Proficient with Microsoft Office software Experience with Peachtree Accounting System CORE FUNCTION: Prepare Financials, Audit Schedules, and Project Reports. Apply International Accounting Standards, IFRS and Industry Standard. Develop an in-depth knowledge of organizational processes and recommend changes. Liaise with external stakeholders e.g. Banks, Auditors and ex-employees. Support the Finance Manager and Executives with projects and tasks when required. Assist in the preparation of budgets. Ensure that best practices are adhered to at all times.
