Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited is seeking to identify a suitable candidate to join our Payments team in the capacity of: Manager - Technical Business The selected candidate is required to support the Payments business lines of Issuing and Acquiring as it relates to technological subjects, inclusive of projects, testing, quality assurance and overall stability of the card management system. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Document and/or review internal business and technical requirements to support new products and payment solutions for business as usual system enhancements / resolutions Assist Payments business managers in the assessment of requirements for major Projects and participate in technical solution review, testing and implementation plans as needed. Oversee business as usual testing on behalf of the payments business and, as needed, assist in the validation of test plans, test cases and test scripts submitted by Testing Centre of Excellence and Production Support. Support the business in identifying, investigating and recommending potential resolution approach for gaps in the payment systems infrastructure, specific system operation and/or data quality. Document and track all outstanding Business as Usual fixes and enhancements to payments systems infrastructure. Academic Qualifications/Specialized Skills/Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Management Studies or its equivalent from an accredited tertiary institution along with at least two years of experience in the implementation of complex business systems; or Bachelor's degree in Computer Studies, Management Information Systems or Information Technology from an accredited tertiary institution, plus a diploma in Management Studies Work experiece in the financial sector would be an advantage. Miimum of two years' experience as a Systems Analyst or similar position Experieced in SDLC methodology Experiece with Agile & SCRUM development processes would be an advantage Kowledge of electronic payment systems networking requirements and infrastructure Kowledge of end to end card systems solutions for issuing and acquiring would be an advantage.
