I am currently recruiting for my client based in Carlisle due to a busy period my client is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team for a 3 month period, this is a full time opportunity.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy with excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience of using Sage & be proficient in MS Applications.
The role will includes:
Your responsibilities as a Finance Admin Assistant will include, but aren’t limited to:
Checking and entering invoices
Data collection and input into Excel documents for analysis.
Undertake problem-solving in areas relevant to primary duties.
File invoices and accounting data according to defined procedures.
Answering supplier telephone and e-mail queries.
Ad hoc department duties as they arise.
What you’ll need to show us:
Excellent attention to detail
Advanced IT skills, particularly a strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
Self-motivated, organised.
