The role will support the continued growth of the services and support business for each of their sites across Europe.

You will need review quarterly full year forecasts, annual budgets and long term business plans.

Client Details

We are currently partnering with a global FTSE 250 business based in Coventry. They are actively seeking individuals for this position to support the continued growth for their services and support business. Due to this continued growth, they are currently in the process of moving into a fantastic new multi-million working facility which will provide a great environment to support employees with this growth.

This new structure for the site is made up of dedicated teams for sales, commercial, customer support, logistics and operations which will provide support for all their customers across the US, Asia and Europe.

Description

All aspects of financial planning and analysis for the aftermarket activity will be the responsibility of the Services & Support division within the business. You will need to prepare and update forecast/budget models for the different global sites. Therefore, you will need to analyse the differences between actual results and the numbers stated on the forecast reports.

You will also need to support the delivery of robust financial planning as well as driving their improvement through business partnering with the site teams. In doing so, you will contribute to process improvements throughout the business.

Although different on-site finance teams will be responsible for the balance sheet, quarterly reviews of balance sheet reconciliations will be required by theFP&A team.

Profile

Strong organisational and analytic skills.

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.

Ability to develop & maintain good working relationships with colleagues across all levels and functions within the business.

Manufacturing experience is preferred although not essential.

Willingness to adopt a hands-on work ethic.

Job Offer

£40,000 - £45,000 basic salary, 10% bonus, company pension scheme.
