Group Financial Controller

• Strong analytical mind: Crunch numbers and interpret them in a meaningful way as a key member of the management decision-making process
• Terrain expert: Deep-dive into relevant industries to spot risks and opportunities
• Strategic thinker: Develop insightful business plans and strategy working with the CEO and management team to grow the business
• Articulate communicator: Highlight the financial implications of business and investment proposals, strategies and decisions
• Profit-oriented executor: Custodian of everything that adds value to profit, from budget plans to identification of cost saving opportunities 
• Planning instincts: Strong planning ability including tax planning and control of cost
• Risk manager: Continuously monitor risks and create mitigation plans
• Budget controller: Guide business plans and ensure optimal resource allocation through budget performance management initiatives
• Balance sheet optimiser: Guardian and management of working capital, credit control, debt level control and attaining strong equity debt ratio
• Policy champion: Implement policies, governing compliance and customise initiatives for financial and operational excellence 
• Change agent: Able to take on new, progressive ways to run businesses/workflows (eg. through digital) and drive changes to improve business and finance operations
