Description

  • Business partner the Head of three departments by providing insight into the financial aspects of their accountabilities.
  • Deliver accurate and timely period end reporting, ensuring transactions are recorded correctly, control accounts reconciled, database is up to date and appropriate amounts are capitalised.
  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of sales activities and profit margins.
  • Provide financial analysis, evaluation and insight on the planned programs.
  • Working in conjunction with key customers, provide timely and accurate cash forecasts for three departments for inclusion in the financial plan and treasury cash forecasting.
  • Prepare the financial statements for the organisation and any other subsidiaries and JVs.

    • Profile

    • Professional membership of a CCAB organisation.

    • Ability to build good rapport and communicate effectively and appropriately with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
    • Ability to present financial information effectively.
    • Flexibility to ensure deadlines are met.

    • Experience of development accounting and business planning is desirable.

    • Experience of providing financial support to managers/budget holders.
    • Proficient knowledge of Excel.
    • Provision of accurate and timely financial information to empower decision making.
