My Client who are a Manufacture in the Far East who distribute their products across the world are seeking a Finance Administrator to join their small team in Quedgeley, Gloucester, to monitior and control the finances and stock movements across Europe and within the UK. You will also provide office support for the Sales Director.
Duties Include:
* Processing invoice statements and credit notes, as well as getting approval of supplier invoices
* Liaising with Finance departments across Europe on financial transactions
* Reconciling accounts, including group subsidiary accounting
* Providing assistance with stock movement tracking from the far East to European destinations.
Requirements
* To have an understanding of inter-company accounts reconciliations
* The ability to problem solve
* Possess a confident telephone manner
* Have good communication skills both verbal and in writing
* An open and flexible approach to work, and happy to join a small team
* Competent when using Excel and outlook
* Experience in an Account or Finance role is essential
In return our client can offer a salary of £20,000-£24,000 dependant on experience. Monday-Friday working hours 8.30am-5.00pm.
