STANDARD RECRUITMENT

• University graduation from international schools (Study abroad or RMIT VN)
• Having knowledge of Management and Finance with a broad vision of work.
• Knowledge of management, business management, ability to train, present in public, communicate good communication.
• Have worked at the same position for at least 5 years. Priority is given to candidates working in multi-industry corporations or specializing in automobiles.
• Ability to analyze, work independently, good team work.
• Careful, honest and agile.
• English language listening, speaking and writing fluently.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Helping CEO to maintain operations of all aspects of the Company.
• Summarize and evaluate the operation of the Parent Company and its member companies through direct or indirect reports.
• Assist the CEO to develop the development strategy of the Company.
• Help the CEO manage time and control the work
• Assist in implementing the Company's strategies by ensuring that decisions and instructions of the CEO are informed and strictly implemented.
• Assisting the General Director to monitor the work of Directors and Managers.
• Support departments and sections in the work of planning goals, plans and policies according to their functions when assigned by the General Director.
• Monitoring compliance with regulations of the management system.
• Advising the CEO in implementing and implementing the Company's development strategies.
• Proposing solutions for CEO.
• Assisting the CEO in internal and external relations.
• Prepare to attend meetings as required by the CEO.
• Perform other jobs when assigned.
