Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Key Responsibilities
Key Relationships
- 1-3 years experience in trade finance department of Bank
- CDCS would be advantageous
- Good knowledge in ICC Rules, UCP600, ISBP (for LCs), URC522 (Collections)
- Fluent English required (both oral and written)
- MS Office, good organiser, numerate, effective communicator
Key Responsibilities
- L/C draft checking, L/C advising and arranging necessary amendments.
- Giving professional trade finance advice for different trading business requirements
- Arrange confirmation to the L/C with advising banks, arrange financing afterwards (discounting from banks or internal financing with SEC)
- Checking documents prior presenting to banks
- Following up with documents status and back and forth communication with banks / operators with any different situations
- Assist with other teams with Funds allocation, Hedge, necessary payment settlements
- Data management at internal system (Titan/ Mercury etc)
- Working file management and any necessary reporting work to management
