As the credit control and finance manager, this role will a finance team for about 3 people. fully responsible for overall finance management.Client DetailsOur client is a leading company in testing industry in global.DescriptionCredit controlIn charge of credit and collection function, build up and lead the credit and collection team to support the business development.Be responsible for credit risk management including implementation of credit policy and credit risk assessment.Overdue management and cash collection including following-up on payment schedules as well as dispute management.Manage doubtful account litigation and communicate individual bad debts and write-off requests to the General Accounting Team.FinanceOversees the administration of all internal and external reporting with compliance of Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP) and group accounting and reporting standards.Review monthly and yearly financial data including income statement, balance sheet, cashflow and analyze financial results as compared to monthly objectives.Provide technical expertise and advice on complex accounting issues to functional or operational managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.Bridge up operation needs and supports from accounting team. Ensure operation BU follows NSC SOP and group's KGD.Business partnering on financial matters. KPI tracking and monitoring, including definition and follow-up of corrective action plans.Supervision and co-ordination on respective accounting team.Assist in preparation of internal and external audit activities as requiredWorking on temporary projects as necessary and required.ProfileThe successful applicant should possess strong problem-solving as well as good interpersonal and communication skills. You should be a self-starter, motivated, organza, meticulous, independent and versatile team player.Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or EconomicsProfessional accounting qualifications (CICPA, ACCA or equivalent)At least 8 years professional credit control and finance experience.
