Tax Senior – Corporate Tax Focus

Baker Tilly, Dublin are looking to hire an ambitious and highly motivated person to join their Tax department. Though a broad knowledge of all tax-heads will be useful, the role has a particular focus on corporate tax matters. The successful candidate will be working extensively with Directors and Partners as well having a significant amount of direct client contact. The ideal person will a qualified CTA / CTC looking to take the next step on a highly progressive career ladder

The main areas of work will be as follows:

• Managing the corporation tax compliance obligations and deadlines of a portfolio of tax clients.
• Provide assistance to corporation tax clients on advisory projects that arise such as group restructuring and business expansion.
• International tax advisory – working with Baker Tilly international colleagues in relation to companies expanding to Ireland and researching international tax planning considerations.
• Tax advice on merger and acquisitions including tax structuring and tax due diligence work.
