Working in a growing business who are very successful as the Accounts Assistant.
Well established and rapidly growing business, looking to expand their Finance function with an Accounts Assistant.
The Accounts Assistant will initially be the first Accounts professional in the business, key responsibilities will consist of:
- Loading purchase orders.
- Raising and processing invoices.
- Commissions reporting.
- Allocating payments.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Accounts payable and receivable, including chasing outstanding payments from suppliers.
The successful candidate will be an efficient user of Sage 50 and excel, due to the nature of the role being standalone initially previous experience and competency working standalone is essential.
