Senior Manager, Analytic, Planning and Business Finance

Responsibilities:

Handle assigned tasks such as expense investigations and cost allocations from end-to-end perspective
Assist team head in the roll out of a new management reporting structure for the bank
Manage system projects including liaising with head office and perform project account tracking
Participate in the annual operating plan process
Act as business finance for support unit divisions
Help drive automation and process improvement as well as digitalisation of management reporting information
Support function head in ad hoc initiatives & requests from senior management and others

Requirements:

University degree or above with CPA or equivalent
Sound knowledge of management reporting concepts, project management, strong control and risk attributes
Minimum 10 years banking experience preferably with regional exposure and has acted in a business finance capacity for support units
Communication, interpersonal & presentation skills in both Chinese and English
Proactive, independent, strong collaboration and teamwork
