As a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for the following:-
To be considered for this role as a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting, you possess the following:-
- Deliver timely and complete statutory reports, such as monthly financial statements, quarterly investment balances by class, annual supplementary information filing, and annual form filing to the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance
- Coordinate annual year-end audit in HKGAAP and HKSTAT basis, and liaise with auditors for audit issues
- Tax computations & tax filing, and deal with HK IRD queries
- Prepare quarterly figures in HKSTAT basis to management
- Carry out analytical reviews on financial results
- Ad hoc project support
To be considered for this role as a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting, you possess the following:-
- Degree in Finance, Business, Management, or related discipline or commensurate work experience
- Qualified Accountant
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience with solid technical background in regulatory reporting
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Good knowledge in regulations in relevant areas
- Able to work independently
