Our client is a leading technology company located in North-West London, a short walk from Kentish Town station. Due to growth across their business, an opportunity has arisen in their accountancy team for an Assistant Accountant to join.

Description
Based in London's West End, As part of a dynamic finance department, the Assistant Accountant will efficiently and effectively support the Finance Manager with all aspects of his role, including:
- Bookkeeping
o Posting of bank transactions (high volume)
o Supplier invoice audit and posting (high volume)
o Ledgers reconciliation
o Petty cash management
Reporting
o Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
o Support with the preparation of the management accounts
o Support with the preparation of the statutory audit documentation
- Preparation and filing of tax documentation
- General administration and document management
- Ad hoc tasks including cheque deposits, cash withdrawal and cost reviews

Profile
he ideal candidate must be able to travel to Kentish Town (NW5) - journey time of 45mins.
This role would suit someone with 6-12 months experience in accounts, looking for their next role.
