Develop and implement relevant procedures and policies to assist in the compliance role with regulations and laws as applicable.
Maintain the relationship with CMA and other local authorities, including the responses to regulatory enquiries.
Educate employees through regular training and awareness sessions.
Independently assess a Compliance Risk Assessment.
Maintain effective AML policies, procedures, systems and controls in compliance with applicable AML regulations and the organizations KYC/AML standards.
Perform customer due diligence checks (KYC) on new clients as per CMA requirements and in accordance with AML standards.
