My client is looking for an ambitious Assistant Management Accountant to join their Finance team based in Oldham. The role will look at streamlining and improving existing processes and assisting the current Management Accountant with month end duties.

Description
- Monitoring and forecasting Cashflow
- VAT reporting
- Fixed Asset Register
- Creating and developing reports using data & excel skills
- General ledger maintenance
- Balance sheet reconciliations including accruals and prepayments
- Monthly management accounts
- Year end audit

- Organisation
- Approachability
- Computer literacy - Excel skills will be important, candidates with Microsoft Navision experience would be of particular interest (training and development will be given regardless)
- Flexibility to work and progress within small finance team
Job Offer
The successful candidate will receive a salary paying up to £30,000 with excellent company benefits including potential study support.
