- Significant fresh produce, food or FMCG experience.
- Board level finance experience
- Full professional accountancy qualification (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
- Experience in financial strategy, planning and budget management including mergers and disposals.
- Experience streamlining department structures & processes, reducing overheads and recruiting a commercially focused team.
