Credit Control Manager- Interact with customers on contract term negotiation for large project to mitigate the credit risk and improve payment term.- Visit related customers, settle the dispute, and judge the responsibility. Making corresponding actions.- Check and review key AR milestone input and strengthen AR reporting reliability.- Understand and analyze FO AR data and reporting and ensure a solid and reliable AR.- Check and approve delay of company letters, legal letters, legal actions towards overdue AR customers.- Assistant CFO to Check and approve AR write-off. - Assistant CFO to Monitor Credit Controller's performance and provide annual assessment. - Strong financial knowledge and analytical skills- Professional and hard working- Good team player with good interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility- Being able to work independently and under pressure- Good English communication skill- Familiar with MS Office, especially EXCEL- Experienced and capable in target setting, budgeting and driving for achievements
