Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long term success Developing positive relationships and handling customers needs Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks & Online Channels.
Job Description:
• Achieve Sales and Margin target for the division concerned.
• Communicate monthly sell-out target to each store/merchandiser
• Set-up necessary tools to achieve monthly targets (staff, stock, merchandising, promotions…)
• Prepare and analyze monthly sell-out reporting per store and per category
• Follow-up head office agreement discussions, new product listing and price list update
• Send monthly market survey and visit report
• Send quarterly sales & activities report
• Follow up Collect monthly payment from each account and solve payment discrepancy issues
• Perform monthly inventory for each Stores and analyze discrepancies
• Propose permanent ideas/solutions of business improvement
• Focus on problem solving and inform immediately Department manager about major issues
• Maintain a good relation and communication with clients (Merchandise, DH, SM, supervisor…)
