We are looking to recruit for Head of Credit Administration for a leading bank in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team for credit administration policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all submitted credit facilities and its collateral securities can be effectively implemented as per bank quality standards. Ensure that all credit committee decisions are followed and implemented as per the decision of the committee as an independent administration function. Monitor daily workload and output, provides adequate staff coverage, deals with queries from subordinates and arranges for training on Credit Administration & Systems techniques, ensuring the adoption of appropriate procedures and practices.
Key Requirements:
At least 12 years of experience in credit administration, credit risk and credit operations covering the GCC market. Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance and/or banking.
