Description
Our client is looking for a Part Time Management Accountant to join their Accountancy team in Godalming
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting schedules with Sage 200 to deadline.
- Assistance with the preparation and analysis of budgets
- Support of the project costing system and preparation of analysis for the Estates department
- To work with the team to improve financial controls procedures and systems
- Assisting with the annual accounts and audit schedules
- Nominal ledger review and analysis
- Monthly control schedule completion
- Monthly accruals journals
- Provide support to the Finance team
- Sage system administration
- Managing the credit cards
- Any further reasonable request as required
Profile
A successful candidate will be proficient with Microsoft software, in particular Excel (eg. setting up and use of pivot tables) and Word
Have a strong track record of SAGE 200, with some familiarity of SAGE Line 50
Experience of preparing management and statutory accounts
Job Offer
Salary £35,000 - £45,000
25 Hours Per Week
