Business Analyst

Your responsibility

1. KS Asia Reporting 

(1). Monthly Asia report consolidation (Group financial package / BU review meeting / Asia management meeting etc

(2). Be able to explain the variances of budget vs actual or vs prior year

(3). Other sales reports required

2. Business Analysis and Control 

(1). Forecasting 

①. Monthly consolidate and review forecast of Asia financial results, highlight key variances vs budget / PY and explain the reasons

②. Consolidate and review rolling full year Asia sales forecast, analyze the trend of sales and set alarm of the risk in advance 

(2). Budgeting

①. Assist budget preparation, consolidate the initial figures and do the first round checking. 

②. Assist budget package completion on time

③. Assist developing systems to monitor budget in daily operation

④. Be the translators to explain the budget figure to business units

(3). NWC Control: 

①. Be the bridge of SSC team and Sales team, tackle the key issue of collection delays, solve the problem independently 

②. Be able to collaborate with relative person to monitor the OSMI within budget target

(4). Product Margin analysis

①. Analyze margin according to requirement of users

②. Be responsible to the accuracy of numbers

③. Monitor the reasonable margin level of product and be able to address the product with negative margin with explanation and actions 

(5). Sales and price Control 

①. Support marketing department for new product price development 

②. Support sales department for the sale development, including monitor and analyze sales by product category, by channel, by segment etc, promotion activities and sales discount control etc

3. Others 

(1). Assist sales team to deliver the required sales analysis reports 

(2). Prepare the trend analysis report of stainless steel  

(3). Assist SSC team to do the month end closing (Costing / AP)

(4). Ad-hoc report as per the requirement of management team and relative partners

Your profile

1. At least bachelor degree, major in Accounting or related. CPA, ACCA or CMA equivalent certificate is a plus

2. 5 years experience in finance, at least three years in FP&A position in manufacturing company. Foreign company experience is preferred. Big 4 experience is also highly welcome
