This Head of Finance position will be managing a team of 3, and reporting straight into the General Manager of the site.

Description

The key responsibilities for this Head of Finance role based in Carlisle will be:

• To lead and develop a team of 3
• Oversight of weekly P&L's and short term forecasts and providing weekly commentary to senior stakeholders

• Business partnering with with senior management to support with decision making
• Reporting on labour efficiency, material and price variances

• Taking a leading role in financial decision making - including large capital investment projects

• Monitoring and advising on major site initiative measures

• Deliver a robust balance sheet for the site

Profile

This is a great role for a qualified accountant who is able to show they can lead a team, whilst working at pace in a changeable, FMCG business.

We are eager to speak to experienced accountants who are confident, natural communicators and who are able to demonstrate an ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.

Job Offer

You will a form a key part of the senior management team of the site through a very exciting period of investment and growth.

You will also receive a base salary between £70,000 and £75,000 plus 25 days holiday, pension, private health and a bonus up to 30%
