Page Personnel are recruiting an Assistant Accountant to join a rapidly expanding SME with offices based in central Altrincham.
Client Details
An exciting business, with impressive growth plans, are recruiting an Assistant Accountant to join their team.
Description
As an Assistant Accountant, you will report into the Head of Finance, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the finance function.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: accounts payable processing; credit card managements; raise and distribute sales invoices; credit control; bank reconciliations; assist with preparation of information for month and year end; assist with management of the fixed asset register; office administration; management of the vehicle fleet.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a fast paced, varied, finance role - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Have AAT Qualified, or equivalent experience - Essential
