This Temp to perm Credit Controller role is to manage a current backlog of overdue invoices for this international Manufacturing and Production company with the view of progressing into a permanent role and continuing full credit control duties

This UK based Manufacturing and production company have a stellar reputation overseas and due to recent company changes a backlog of invoices has arisen and hence the creation of this new position. Based in Milton Keynes with parking on site they are a supportive team that will provide training wherever necessary but also not micro managers but individuals who trust individuals to take ownership of their work

Description

Temp to perm Credit Controller duties and responsibilities;

• Managing the current overdue debt, minimising the amount of outstanding invoices
• clearing the current backlog of overdue invoices
• Run an aged debt report
• Proactively partner with customers to reduce future debt issues occurring
• Raise sales orders and help aid the order process

Profile

Characteristics and desired experience for the Temp to perm Credit Controller

• Personable and down to earth character able to partner with managers internally and customers
• Experience in a credit control capacity and ideally a track record clearing a backlog of overdue invoices or reducing outstanding debt
• great communication
• ability to use accounting software and excel
