Founded in early 2000s, our client has grown rapidly and is now a key global player in the ride hailing app space, available in over 100 countries worldwide. Backed by one of the world's largest automotive business, they have continued to grow, driven by further fund raising midway through last year, and are looking to bring in a Senior Management Accountant into their City of London office to further support their position.

Description

The Role

Reporting into the Finance Manager, and with 2 direct reports, this Senior Management Accountant role will be both commercial and varied but will include the following key responsibilities:

  • Month End - Ownership of Month End close. Full preparation of Board Packs and Commentary.
  • Line Management - Mentoring and management of 2 juniors.
  • FP&A - P&L/Cost/KPI/variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting. Other ad hoc analysis where required
  • Business Partnering & Commercial Support - Partnering closely with local and international business teams alongside ad hoc support for the Finance Director
  • Process & Control Improvements - maintaining and develop controls

    What's Needed

  • Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent)
  • Strong Management Accounts Background
  • Good knowledge of IFRS
  • Excel Proficiency
