The client are a property management company that are based in South West London (Chelsea). They are looking for an Assistant Accountant with previous property experience to join their team.
Description
The successful candidate will be:
- Dealing with both the purchase & sales ledger
- Posting journals
- Accruals
- VAT reconciliations
- Statutory reporting
- Cash flow
- Liaising with the directors of the business
- Assisting with the production of the Management Accounts
- Additional Ad Hoc tasks
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent Excel skills
- Have experience working in the Finance function of a property company
- Have 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Accountant
- Have strong communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Be very hard-working
- Have a high attention to detail
