Cordant People are current recruiting for an Assistant Accountant on behalf of our prestigious client based in Perth.
The Role:
* Processing Purchase Ledger, Sales ledger and Nominal Ledger.
* Prepare and complete VAT returns.
* Processing bank & account reconciliations.
* Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
* Credit control duties.
* Prepare financial information for external stakeholders.
* Assisting the organisation with additional tasks as and when required.
The Person:
* ACCA/CIMA/ICAS qualified or working towards.
* Demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
* Experience of VAT and partial exemption.
* IT literate with experience using bespoke packages.
* Excellent communication skills.
