Accounts Assistant & Company Bookkeeper required for Shoreditch Based Global Marketing and Software Technology firm.
We are looking for an individual who enjoys working as part of a team and has great atteniton to detail.
Currently we are using Xero and also Stripe for online payments so an individual should be up to date on using these or similar platforms.
You are an experienced Accounts person with at least 5 years commercial experience.
You will need to have full end to end accounts experience from Bookkeeping. Bank Reconcialiation, Purchase Ledger, Management Accounts and also excellent MI excel production:

Responsibilities:
Purchase Ledger
Sales Ledger
PAYE
VAT returns
Bank reconciliations
Multi currency bank account management
Processing staff expenses
Credit control
Key skills & experience:
At least 5 years commercial experience in Accounts
Diligent
Quietly confident
Xero experience essential
Excel high level user and experience
Excellent communication skills both to clients and internal management
Able to produce detailed Management reports from the accountancy informaton and internal reporting
You will be a central player between heads of departments and Directors so it is important you are able to communicate effectively.
The role offers excellent career progression for the right individual.
