Assistant Accountant - £10.00 - £13.00 per hour - Swansea - 2-3 month contract
Your new company
The client that I am representing is currently looking for an Assistant Accountant on a contract basis to work in their Swansea office for two-three months,
The team you will be working within are results driven and excited to welcome a new member into their office to help assist with a project within their accounts team.
Your new role
High volume reconciliations within their Accounts payable on to a new system
Accruals and prepayments
Reconciliation of payroll and pensions
Assisting the Accountants with ad hoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you have excellent numeracy skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines in a sometimes pressured environment. You will ensure that accounting and administrative records remain confidential and are accurately maintained and updated. You will be trustworthy, calm under pressure and be friendly and approachable. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
It would be ideal for someone who is AAT L4 or a ACCA studier.
