Reporting directly into the credit manager you will be responsible for the managing a large portfolio of clients where you will liaise with them to ensure payment is made on time and to swiftly resolve any account or invoice issues by offering a high level of customer service.

Description
The duties of the credit controller will include but not limited to :
- Proactively chasing any outstanding debt via telephone and email
- Managing and maintaining client credit limits
- Processing of credit and debit card payments
- Develop and maintaining strong client relationships
- Providing a high level of customer services
- Resolution of account and invoice queries
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Previous credit control experience - Essential
- Strong communications skills - Essential
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually - Essential
- Excellent level of customer service skills - Essential
- Previous credit limit management experience - Essential
- Good IT and excel skills - Essential
Job Offer
