Your tasks: • Being able to always have the overview vision when working on a complex technical (software and hardware) implementation projects in the banking and fintech domain, being the main go to person for requirement discussions
• Always have the ability to identify the current – and future – state of customer's business and technical processes
• Help, elicit, analyze and document business and technical requirements in form of User Stories from customers with great clarity and precision
• Facilitate the negotiation of technical requirements amongst multiple stakeholders, working hand in hand with product owners, development teams and clients
• Ability to create conceptual prototypes and mock–ups of the invision product
• Collaborate closely with solution architects, project managers and product & engineering teams in ensuring the delivery of successful projects to our customers
• Travel frequently (75%) for customer engagements
Your qualifications: • University degree or equivalent education
• Several years of relevant work experience in the fintech, banking or finance domain
• Working knowledge in the field of software development (web applications and/or apps), computer science and software integration projects
• Ability to work in an agile scrum environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially technical writing skills;
• Fluent in English, German language is a plus
• Ability to help customers understand their business and technological needs;
• Strong understanding of systems engineering concepts
• Constructive and solution–oriented way of working and thinking, with a strong team orientation and commitment
• Experience in international projects and working with remote teams
• Enthusiastic about working in a newly established, fast pace, fast growing and highly innovative environment
• Confluence and Jira experience is a plus
