Description
This temporary to permanent Assistant Accountant position will involve the following responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Chasing outstanding invoices
- Processing payment runs
- Resolving supplier queries
- Processing payroll for 70 staff (weekly and monthly)
- Processing expenses
- Assisting with the preparation of Financial Accounts
- Management of costing in system
- Process improvement
Profile
This successful candidate for this temporary to permanent Assistant Accountant position based in Slough will need to have the following skills:
- Ideally studying AAT
- Sage Line 50 exposure advantageous
- Available on short notice (max 1 week)
- Used to working in a SME type organisation
- Excellent communication skills
Job Offer
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with car parking on site and flexi-hours. Once permanent, the role can provide study support for either AAT, ACCA or CIMA.
