Description

This role, Assistant Accountant with Property experience (Temporary), involves:

- Managing a portfolio of clients based all across London

- Attending client meetings and working closely with the client regarding their accounts

- Being the main point of contact for client and tenant's on the portfolio

- Regular recharges to tenants

- Monitoring account funding

- Account reconciliations

- Calculation of completion statements, rent review calculations and interest rate application

- Sending out and processing purchase invoices for the properties

- Reconciliation of income expenditure

- Cash allocation

- Bank reconciliations

- Cash reconciliations

- Billing clients for their tenant and service charge agreements

- Paid hourly

- Accountancy focused

- Temporary role for 6 months

- Potential to become permanent

- Based in the City of London near to Euston

Profile

The candidate we are looking for, Assistant Accountant with Property experience (Temporary), must

1. Have experience in the Property sector

2. Be immediately available or on a maximum of a 2 weeks notice

3. Be happy with a temporary role

4. Be happy to commit for 6 months
