Managing the accounting / bookkeeping for a portfolio of high value properties within Mayfair. Based in Central London.
Client Details
Based in Central London, this is a property investment company running a portfolio of property (commercial and residential).
Description
Reporting to the CFO and CEO, your role is a stand alone position that will be responsible for the accounting of a high net worth property portfolio in Mayfair, London.
Duties include:
- Bookkeeping for a high value portfolio of properties
- Service charge accounting
- Expense management
- Quarterly reporting
- VAT returns
- Ad hoc property management duties
Profile
You should have previous accounting experience (2 years +) up to Trial Balance level as a minimum, ideally within the property or investment sector.
Strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with senior stakeholders.
Would suit candidates from professional services, property or financial services experience
Good excel ability (pivot tables).
