Growing property company in Warrington is looking for an Assistant Property Accountant to take over growing portfolio across the North West.

My client is part of a large UK retail group that has diversified its portfolio in to the property market.

Established over 30 years ago the retailer has grown to a multi discipline group with over £450million turnover. Now is the time for an aspiring Assistant Accountant to gain some vital industry experience with this fantastic UK company.

Description

This Assistant Property Accountant role will include the following;

*Data input of purchase invoices onto the purchase ledger

*Balancing the Purchase Ledger, investigate any discrepancies.

*Controlling general accruals and pre payments

*Working closely with site managers and regional managers to influence operational activities, controlling costs and maintain controllable processes

*Production on various daily, weekly and monthly MI reporting

*Forecasting and budgeting - monthly, quarterly and annually.

*Credit control

*Rent and Service Charge (monthly / quarterly)

Profile

The Assistant Property Accountant will be able;

* Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the business

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*Good personable and communication skills

*Good numeracy and analytical skills

*High attention to detail

*Flexible approach to work, with the capacity to multi-task

*Good, all round knowledge of Excel
