monthly management reporting and analysis
Cash flow forecasting and analysis
group reporting for legal entities
Tracking budget/forecasts against actual
Investment Appraisals
Property Portfolio Analysis
Understand and develop reporting structures
Involvement in proposals for new business from a finance perspective
Support Finance Director on ad-hoc projects and tasks

Able to work on own initiative
Strong written and communication skills
Ability to manage and form relationships with a diverse portfolio of stakeholders
Qualified Accountant
Experience of working within property, commercial real estate a bonus
Job Offer
£40000 to £50000 depending on experience
