Manager – Regulatory Policy and Standards

My investment bank client is looking for a Manager within Market / Traded Risk with expertise in Regulatory Policy and Standards to work a 12-month contract role within their Global Risk Analytics team. The ideal Manager in Regulatory Policy and Standards will have knowledge in traded risk. The manager will have knowledge of current rules and policies and how they impact current models and frameworks already in place. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of traded risk and understands how models are built. They can communicate effectively between the business and technical teams. This role is based in their Canary Wharf office.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

· Extensive knowledge in Traded Risk – preferably an SME in Traded Risk.

· Knowledge and keeps up to date with the latest policies and rules - regulations.

· Understands how models and are built.

· Understands how new regulations and rules impact models already in place within the Regulatory space.

· Excellent communication skills (for the technical & business teams).
